Welcome to the new Codestag.com. Our new digital home, got a major facelift, setting a solid ground for the upcoming projects, and improving the efficiency of our service towards all customers who trust their WordPress themes on us.
If you have been keeping an eye on us, you are aware that we re-design our website quite frequently. Actually this is Version 5 of Codestag.com while we are a 4-year old team. This version brings us closer to our vision for a consistent and more flexible customer experience, and efficient product design.
Changes in Support for Themeforest Customers
Our support service continues to be personal and e-mail based using HelpScout. Users who have purchased a product at Codestag.com won’t need to take any action.
Our existing customers from Themeforest.net will need to only take a minute to Connect their Envato account to our Codestag.com via the purchase code that is included in your Theme package, at your Downloads page at ThemeForest.
This way you will be able to submit a new support request, via our support page. We do not collect information about your Envato Market activity, but the system now checks with the Envato API if your support membership is active.
Current conversations with customers continue un-interrupted via e-mail.
Future plans
We are always busy with updating our existing themes, this is a task that runs on the background for a long time now. But we are also actively working for the long-term perspective that we shar.
New theme
It was about time. We are designing a new Food Blogging theme and we research the market to deliver some interesting integrations with super cool plugins that will spice up your website. Stay tuned, this is going to be delicious.
Customization and setup service
This is something we have been experimenting with, and started a beta cycle of customizations with a small number of customers with great success. We will announce the news soon.
WordPress.com
If you haven’t noticed, our Carbon and Blink themes are at WordPresss.com, and more are to follow. The experience and validation that we take for our work through the experience of working with the WordPress.com team has been transforming for our products. Our upcoming food blog will be towards both .org and .com WordPress sites, and we can’t wait to share one of the most engaging themes in the market.

WordPress is getting better and better every day, will millions of users embracing it’s future-proof position in the market, as a content management / publishing / framework platform. Thousands of plugins, trillions of themes, other supercharged, other simpler. During the last four years, Codestag has been focusing on the simpler.
Honouring the native WordPress experience for content creation and editing, we try our best to provide flexibility via un-obtrusive options that are meaningful and easy to use.
Every day, our small, efficient, remote team takes this experience and puts all efforts towards building functional, beautiful WordPress themes that are easy to use, and friendly to manage. We will continue with the same amount of dedication and enthusiasm, as we have been doing so far.
