This theme takes advantage of the WordPress live customizer, where you can tweak the settings and see the effect of the changes on the fly.
Everything related to the theme settings is now based here. Each section expands to reveal more details, and everything is pretty straight forward, often supported by inline help text.
Just head to Appearance → Customizer → Theme Options, and you can find all theme related options there.
