Forest includes a custom page template ‘Contact Form’ which you can use to display a contact form. Just create a page and select
Contact Form under templates, from the Page Attributes panel on the right.
You can easily insert a shortcode map via our shortcode generator.
If you want to insert the social media icons, this can also be done with a theme-specific shortcode. The shortcode to output all the social media icons is this:
[social url="facebook,twitter,dribbble,google-plus,pinterest,vimeo,forrst,linkedin,instagram,deviantart,flickr,youtube,myspace,soundcloud,behance"]
From the above shortcode, keep the social networks that you need and simply delete the rest.
