How to Add Custom CSS

Adding those tiny to big changes require CSS to be added in the theme, so in this article you’ll take a closer look on how you can add your own CSS to the theme without having to do much hustle.

Steps to add CSS in your theme :

1. From your wp-admin Dashboard, goto Appearance >> Customize.

   

2. Ones you’re into Customizer, find the Additional CSS tab at the bottom left of options menu and click on it.

   

3. In this Additional CSS section you can add your custom CSS and ones you’re done editing hit that Publish button to get it applied to your live site.

Using this method you can easily apply a good amount of CSS to your site but if you have more than 1000 lines of CSS code, we’d suggest applying it through a child theme’s stylesheet.
