Most probably you are using the wrong widget at the footer. Please note that for the footer area, you must not use widgets with the “Section: ” prefix.The “Section” widgets should only be used in the main content widget area, as they serve as content “Sections” . Instead use the default WordPress or WooCommerce widgets. For example, if you want to show the top rated widgets, you
should not use the “Section: Custom Top Rated products”, instead use the “WooCommerce Top Rated Products”.
