Using child themes is easy, and allows you to keep any changes when you update your theme.
- You can locate the child theme in the theme folder you downloaded from ThemeForest (Make sure you choose to download the “All themes and Documentation” file).
- Now install and activate the child theme as you do with any theme. Your child theme automatically inherits all the settings from the parent theme, so you don’t have to worry about theme settings going wrong.
- Any change you make now under child theme would simply override the parent theme.
